Check-in starts from 15:00.
Check-out is until 12:00.
Late check-out until 18:00 or early check-in from 03:00 is available.
The service fee is 50% of the daily rate.

Stay Regulations

We kindly ask you to respect your neighbors and observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments.
The fee for additional anti-tobacco cleaning is 8,000 RUB.
Please do not leave trash in corridors or common areas.
Trash should be disposed of in the refuse collection points located in the hotel courtyard.
